In 2012, we opened Palazzo Calò, the first of a series of high-quality accommodations, as a part of a project of recovery of historic properties, now aimed at offering hospitality in the heart of the old town of the Apulian capital.
In 2017, we started the process of renovation of Palazzo Maurelli, only a short walk away from Palazzo Calò, which will open as an accommodation facility in 2021.
What makes these two buildings unique is their position in the city, only a short walk away from the main shopping streets, the Petruzzelli Theatre, the Romanesque churches, but more importantly, the heart of the real life of “Bari Vecchia”, with its market stalls, its faces, stories and sounds.
